  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Make the sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, add flour to create a roux. Gradually whisk in evaporated milk and heavy cream until thickened.

3. Add the cheese: Stir in mozzarella, Colby Jack, and cheddar until melted and creamy.
