Ingredients
- Chicken Breast – 2 boneless, skinless breasts cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Pasta – 8 ounces of your choice (fettuccine or penne work great)
- Heavy Cream – 1 cup
- Chicken Broth – 2 cups
- Parmesan Cheese – 1 cup, freshly grated
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt and Pepper – to taste
- Parsley – for garnish
Instructions
Cook the Chicken:
Start by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. After you season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper, cook them for about 10 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Once the sauce has thickened, remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the sliced chicken.
