  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

    1. Mix the oregano, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over all sides of the chicken pieces, then toss to ensure they are fully coated.

    1. In a 12-inch skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
